Separation of State and Church

Free! $100 dollar bill if anyone can show me where 'separation of church and state' appears in any of our Founding documents. In 1947, the Supreme Court took the phrase from a letter by Thomas Jefferson in which he was concerned with government interfering with the work of churches.

Since then we have seen God disbarred from the schools and our traditional values. We have been on a moral decline in this country for decades because of apathy. We can change the course of the country back to its roots of relying on God for protection and direction.

This basic concept of this nation was built upon the words of the bible. It does not take a detective to figure this out. However, you have to be free of the prejudice of revisionist historians who say that our founders were not men of faith.

It is time for Christians to stand and be counted. No longer can we complain about the sorry state of our nation if we are unwilling to do our duty and examine those who would be our leaders and vote our conscience. In 2000 many Christians did not vote. That is apathy, plain and simple.
